Viva Las Vegas!

We went on our annual January trip and had such a great time. We stayed a week in Vegas at the Wyndham Resort then went to Yuma to visit with Gramma Lois. It is great to get out of this cooooooold. I'm so glad Jeff does this for me so I can maintain my sanity during this time of year. Some of the following pix are from The Venetian & Harrahs. We didn't take any pix of Yuma. Hmmm, darn camera doesn't want to take those pictures itself :(. Wouldn't that be great if that could happen. How many times do we take the camera and never even get it out of its case. Oh Well.

This last picture is of Dan with his new and very short lived pet. After he bought the chameleon he went back to school and found out he couldn't take it with him. So we took it back to the store. He did have fun with it while he was here. During our trip Dan was released on Medical leave from Job Corp for a problem with his shoulder. We haven't seen the Dr. yet so we'll keep you updated on what is going on with that. The good news from Job Corp was that Dan has six months to heal and can go right back when all is well. Hope to hear from all of you on your blogs soon. We definitely need more pictures of those grandkids and want to know what is going on with them! Love to all!!!!

Dan The Man

So we got word 8 days ago that Dan is going off to Job Corp to start his learning career. He will be leaving for Clearfield Utah on November 18th. We went shopping yesterday and have all new stuff and he is ready to go. I know he looks super happy in this picture but what can I say? He did tell me he didn't want the picture taken and I told him how much better the blogging is if I have a pix, so this is it. We will be taking him down on the 18th and then he will be able to come home the next week for Thanksgiving and then for a couple of weeks at Christmas. We will really miss Dan but want him to get on with his life and have a succesful career. This program allows him to go at his own speed, pretty much and choose from several different programs. The people there will assist him in finding a good fit for a job. Lets just pray he gets good roommates! Good Luck Dan!!!

The Population Increase

Well, Carina just called to say they had been to the Dr. and had an ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby and see if all was well with the baby. So she told me the sex of the baby and that the measurements are right on for the middle of March. And the sex of the baby is......






You'll have to go to there blog and see!!! HAHAHAHAHHA!!! You thought I would give out the big information that they want to share? This is so exciting. Maybe give them a call and visit for awhile I know they would love to hear from all of you. I also spoke to Amy this week and she is on target for the next big bruiser in December. Can't wait to see the new little ones and buy more Christmas outfits.

Well these are some miscellaneous pictures that we have taken over the past couple of months that I had not shared. Dan also wanted to dress up for Halloween, that is why he is in a diaper. I was supposed to work today and I thought I would dress up as a baby and so Dan dressed that way instead. I thankfully was put on call!
